- The POLVISION company - a supplier of goods, hereinafter referred to as "Guarantor", declares that the delivered equipment is of high quality, guaranteeing its trouble-free operation before the end of the warranty period.
- The Guarantor declares that the accepted complaint will be settled free of charge within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the website.
- The Guarantor reserves the right to extend the repair period in the event of a need to deliver the goods to the manufacturer's specialized service.
- The recipient of the goods, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", has the right to request replacement goods with the same or not worse parameters, if the repair period is extended by more than 30 business days.
- The contractor has the right to request the exchange of goods for another, with the same or not worse parameters, if a third complaint of the same copy is accepted.
- The contractor bears the cost and risk of delivering the advertised goods to the website.
- The Contractor undertakes to deliver the advertised goods to the website together with the service request number assigned to that product by the Guarantor.
- The Guarantor bears the cost and risk of delivering repaired or replacement goods to the Contractor.
- The contractor agrees to issue a VAT invoice for the net amount covering the cost of handling an unjustified complaint, as well as for service activities provided for in the operating instructions, including for restoring device software to its factory condition.
- The Guarantor reserves the right to settle a complaint in one of the ways chosen by him; through repair, exchange of goods for another - functional, with the same or not worse parameters, withdrawal from the transaction and refund of the amount paid for the goods.
- The Guarantor reserves the right to refuse to accept a complaint due to the Contractor's failure to comply with the warranty conditions in the event of: no sales document or copy thereof; no factory serial number; no description of signs of damage; detection of repairs carried out outside the service of the Guarantor and Equipment Manufacturer; damage to warranty seals; no factory packaging; inadequate securing of equipment during transport; any pollution.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused as a result of: lightning; unstable power supply; repairs carried out outside the service of the Guarantor and Equipment Manufacturer; use of defective or damaged data carriers installed by the Contractor; pollution; mechanical damage; damage to equipment resulting from causes beyond the goods covered by the warranty; improper use, including storage and assembly (e.g. improper connection to the power supply or signal, overheating), as well as improper operation and maintenance.
- The Guarantor reserves the right to liquidate the claimed goods, without the need to pay compensation, after 60 days from the date of agreeing with the Contractor the date of collecting the repaired goods from the Guarantor's service.
- The Guarantor reserves the right to assess and classify damages subject to warranty repair.
- The Guarantor reserves the right to retain the advertised product in the event of a financial arrears of the Contractor towards the Guarantor.
- The Guarantor is not liable for damages caused by the loss of data stored on media and devices, and for the inability to use the goods during the warranty repairs.
- The warranty applies only to the Counterparty listed on the sales document.
- In other respects, the warranty conditions are set out in the provisions of the Civil Code.
- The contractor accepts the warranty by picking up the goods.
